Keeping Fit in January

Swimming Women, Swim~Men and Swim Girls take a break next week until the new year with the last session on Tuesday 8th December at 9.10am. An extra session will run onMonday 7th at 9.10-10.10 too. After a 3 week break where I hope you all have a wonderful festive time we shall start again in January. This year we will be running sessions in Gnarabup Bay twice a week as well as once a week at the pool. These sessions will commence Monday January 4th and run for 4 weeks culminating with the Margaret River Ocean Swim on Saturday 30th January.

Beach sessions will start at 6.30-7.30 and run Monday & Thursday. They are open to everyone school years 7 and up- boys, girls, men, women, Swimming Women Mermaids and even mates from elsewhere.

Monday sessions will be focussing on ocean skills and open water familiarisation. Tuesday mornings will be a pool session 6-7am and Thursday mornings 6.30-7.30 will have an ocean fitness element. Be prepared to laugh, try new things and feel swim strong in that one. You can register here for a Summer of Swimming.
