Summer Swimming program starts next week on Tuesday January 6th. With many people entered in to the Busselton Jetty Swim or Rottnest and with so much progress by all last term it would be great to see as many of you as possible at any of the sessions during summer.

Tuesdays: 9-10am will be for Swimming Women and shall have a technique focus.

Thursdays: 7-8am will be an open water session. 30 minutes of open water skills and then a long swim starting at 7.30am. You can swim as far as you like. This is for men, women, girls, friends, neighbours, relatives from elsewhere. Anyone can join. You do not have to have completed a swimming women course before. You do have to be a competent swimmer though and if you haven’t done Swimming Women or Swim Men previously you do need to be able to complete 400m continuous swimming in under 9 minutes.

Fridays: 7-8am this will be an endurance builder set to maintain and even improve your fitness over summer. As with Thursdays session anyone is welcome to join in the huffing and puffing.

Tell your friends, come with your partner or your cousin from out of town. You can sign up for a block of swims or a casual rate here.
