Imagine swimming, stretching, and strengthening in the sun, and then add in shopping, sipping, surfing, sleeping and sitting on a sun lounger in the shade! That’s the 2018 Swimming Women Bali swim camps.

Who is it suitable for?

There will be a range of abilities similar to any regular swimming women session.

If you are already a mermaid or a friend of a mermaid and you can swim 200m without stopping you will get loads out of this.

If you can swim around the Jetty in under an hour; you too will get loads out of this. Simply put, this camp is for Swimming Women!

What’s not included?

Flights and travel insurance are not included: You may want to arrive and depart on different days so this enables you to find a flight that suits you. Taking out personal travel insurance is strongly advised and is your responsibility.

All other meals (except the welcome lunch and farewell dinner), alcohol and any extra activities you may choose are not included. We have taken this option as there are so many great restaurants around Canggu and surrounding areas that you can explore them at your own pace and budget. There's also surf lessons, massages, and shopping that you may want to indulge in.

Land Based

Land based activities will help you swim better. In June they will be taken by Kristin Lawrence Brown who has 10yrs experience focussing on teaching functional training, rehab/prehab, mobility and self myofascial therapy. She is super excited to facilitate a land based program designed specially for the Swimming Women retreat. This is an opportunity not to be missed!



A final detailed itinerary will be provided once all final bookings are confirmed but as a guide we will start each day with time for you to wake and have breakfast, as well as go for an early morning run/walk/surf if you desire. There will also be down time each day.

Each pool session will have a specific focus. With a 50m pool there is so much more time and space to develop your stroke and fitness.

Some days we will be in the pool twice, others we will add a fun session at the hotel pool. The final day finishes with a farewell dinner, allowing you to sleep in the following morning and depart to the airport as required.

Day 1
Arrive at hotel, check in from 2pm, relax.

Day 2
Morning: travel to beach, ocean swimming, skills, long swim and morning tea (included).
Lunch: Welcome lunch in Canggu (cost included).
Afternoon: One on One swim session at hotel pool for all, you can relax in between your session.
PM: Explore Canggu at your leisure.

Day 3
Pre breakfast beach fitness or yoga session TBC.
Morning: Swim Session at 50m pool. Post swim coffee.
Afternoon: Sculling skills, in hotel pool.
PM: Explore Canggu at your leisure.

Day 4
Pre breakfast beach fitness or yoga session TBC.
Morning: Swim Session at 50m pool.
Afternoon and evening: Yours to do with as you wish: swim, relax, horse riding, surf lessons, shopping.

Day 5
Pre breakfast beach fitness or yoga session TBC.
Morning: Swim Session at 50m pool. Post swim coffee.
Afternoon: Skills and games hotel pool.
Evening: Farewell Dinner.

Day 6
Travel home at your leisure. Check out is midday.
